Continue with App keeps native Finder integration and background watching available. New icon styles and a drag-to-install DMG join this release.

File operation fixes

Organization and undo guard missing or replaced files. Cross-volume copies preserve edited sources, and concurrent AI batches keep their streams separate.

Faster launch

Median time to the first window fell from 2,262 ms to 1,127 ms in a same-machine Release A/B test.

Less background work

Settled idle CPU fell from a 51.4% mean to 0% in a 60-second visible-window test. Hidden timelines, scans, and Finder checks also do less work.

Faster large-folder planning

A 1,000-file deep-scan prompt fell from 132,059 tokens to 11,961, and preparation time fell from 12.1 ms to 5.0 ms.

Refreshed icon and reliability fixes

The main Sorty app icon has new release artwork. Fixes also cover organization, undo, Finder actions, permission recovery, provider errors, and stale status.
